FAQ

  • HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BOOK?
We can accept your order any time after your event date, however, within a few days ensures that your flowers will still be in good condition. We recommend submitting your order in advance of your event date, so that you can plan for getting your arrangement to us, but we understand that certain circumstances don't always allow for that.
  • HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Floral preservation is an art that requires care and attention. Each flower is unique in the time and technique it requires to preserve. Our goal is 4-6 weeks. We will communicate with you to keep you updated on the process!
  • DO YOU SHIP NATIONWIDE?
Yes, Preserved Floral serves clients nationwide. You can ship your florals to us and we will create a beautiful piece of art for your home! We have a shipping guide that will be sent with all of the information you need to get your flowers to us quickly and safely. Please note that shipping to us is the buyer's responsibility.
  • WILL MY PRESSED FLOWER FRAME LOOK EXACTLY LIKE MY BOUQUET?
While we strive to recreate the bouquet as accurately as possible, the final look of the pressed flower frame may differ slightly from the original bouquet due to the nature of the pressing process. The colors and textures of the preserved flowers may vary slightly as they are dried and flattened. However, we will work with you to create a beautiful and unique piece that captures the essence of your special bouquet. If you have any specific requests or concerns, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
  • WILL THE COLORS FADE AFTER THE BOUQUET IS ALREADY FRAMED?
Flowers will continue to fade over their lifetime. The more your frame is exposed to sunlight, the quicker fading will occur. Your frame WILL fade, but keeping it out of sunlight will slow down the process.
  • DO ALL FLOWERS PRESERVE WELL?
With the combination of our techniques, we have yet to meet a floral element that we cannot preserve. Some can be disassembled and then reassembled. Always feel free to reach out, we are always happy to answer any questions!
